Christine is an artist/maker working in a range of media across fine art and crafting disciplines. She sells ‘Gatestone’ pieces inspired by nature and the landscape. She designs and makes textile pieces and creates bespoke artwork for bands and hangings for stage-dressing projects in music venues and festivals and is available for mural projects too. An enthusiastic learner committed to developing her own understanding and practice, the artist’s current conceptual work is situated in an academic context and involves a visual exploration of ontological themes. Christine is also a qualified and experienced teacher and workshop facilitator with a proven track record in educational, community-based and heritage sector contexts.
